Fred M. Rogers ’51 ‘74H +

A music composition major, Rogers became inspired by the words “Life is for Service,” a core value of Rollins’ mission engraved in marble and adhered to the wall of the loggia near Strong Hall. He went on to create, host, and direct Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood.
