Film Studies

Study film as an integral, omnipresent art form and component of our day-to-day lives.

As a film studies minor, you will examine how film reflects and affects the social, intellectual, cultural, ethical, economic, aesthetic, and political aspects of our world. Think critically about how film influences values and ideologies as well as views on gender, race, class, sexuality, religion, and nationality.
