Students may apply to Rollins via the Common Application Online or the Common Application paper application. For more information regarding this application option and to complete the online Common Application, select the Common Application links above.

Only students who apply to Rollins using the paper Common Application need to complete this form. If you complete the Common Application online, the Rollins supplement form may be accessed on that web site.
