Who Should I Contact?
Do you need to ask a question or speak to someone in Career Services, but don't know who to ask? Although anyone in the office can help you and will field your questions, below is a short description of our primary areas of responsibility.
Walk-in hours are available each weekday during the fall and spring terms between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. We request that walk-in meetings be kept to 15 minutes or less. If you feel you will need additional time, please call the office at (407) 646-2195 to schedule an appointment with one of our career advisors.
Raymond Rogers, Director
rrogers@rollins.edu
As the Director of the office, Ray represents Career Services to various College groups and committees as well as the greater Orlando community. He supervises the office staff and provides general oversight of the department's career development and employer relations programs.
- Serve as general contact to external organizations and other campus
departments
- Serve as lead on office’s employer relations
efforts including on-campus recruiting, employer job postings and career fairs
- Serve as primary contact and manager of the
office’s career services management system and job posting service
- Oversee all research and assessment projects of
the office including graduation and alumni surveys and office usage statistics
- Provide oversight for and assist in instructing the office’s career planning courses
- Administer and oversee all office expenditures
and track the office’s budget
- Oversee and manage office’s website presence
- Provide general career counseling to students
and alumni
Elizabeth Boggs, Associate Director

As Associate Director, Elizabeth is the point person for internship advising, student outreach programs, office promotions and publicity, and underclass career counseling. She is also responsible for academic internship registration for students and employer relations for internship sponsors.

in implementing internships at the college
- Provide general career counseling to students
and alumni with particular focus on internships and career exploration
- Conduct ongoing and specialty workshops as
required
- Assist in instructing and evaluating the office's career planning courses
- Supervise the office’s graduate assistant
- Assist with the office’s employer relations efforts
Julia Larson, Assistant Director

As Assistant Director, Julia is the point person for graduate school advising and conducts career counseling appointments including major selection, career exploration, internship and job search assistance, graduate school advising and practice interviews.
- Provide general career counseling to students
and alumni with particular focus on graduate school advising
- Develop and implement comprehensive graduate school
exploration and application programming
- Serve as liaison to the college’s pre-law and
pre-health advisors
- Conduct ongoing and specialty workshops as
required
- Assist in instructing and evaluating the office's career planning courses
- Manage the office’s handout materials and insure they are updated on a
regular basis and consistent with information presented on the office’s website
- Serve as primary contact for and schedule all
outreach programming, including residential halls, student organizations and
classroom programming requests
Anne Meehan, Assistant Director

As Assistant Director, Anne is the point person for the office's marketing and communication efforts and provides career counseling for all students and alumni including major selection, career exploration, internship and job search
assistance, graduate school advising and practice interviews.

Kyle Nelson, Executive Assistant

Kyle is the first point-of-contact for many programs and services of
the office. He coordinates walk-in career counseling, scheduling
appointments, resume critiques, and career library/resource matters.
- Oversee front office operations including
greeting and assisting visitors and students who enter the office, answering
the main phone line, responding to general email inquiries, and maintaining the
professional appearance of the front office
- Maintain calendars and schedule appointments for
all staff in the office
- Provide standard reference materials to
students, alumni and employers upon request
- Supervise office’s work study employees
- Assist the Director in managing and tracking the
office’s expenditures
- Provide technical assistance to students, alumni
and employers accessing the R-CareerLink and Jobs for Tars sites
Christian Ricaurte, Graduate Assistant

As the office Graduate Assistant,
Christian assists students with developing their resumes and provides walk-in
career counseling. He also assists with office marketing efforts, as well as
conducting research for workshops and keeping office hand-outs up-to-date.

revising their resumes
- Maintains the office's Facebook Fan Page
- Updates office instructional handouts for students
- Conducts career research for workshop presentations
