Meet the CSR Staff

Diane Willingham

Director

Diane joined the Rollins staff in July 2004. Prior to working in the Office of Community Standards and Responsibility, Diane was an Assistant Director in the Residential Life Office. Diane has a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Recreational Therapy from the College of Mount Saint Joseph.

In her free time, Diane enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, watching college football (Go ‘Noles!), reading, and traveling.

Angela Belcamino

Assistant Director

Angela joined the Office of Community Standards and Responsibility in August 2007. Angela graduated from Rollins with a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology in May 2004 and a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling in May 2009.

Outside of work, Angela has a passion for the arts, particularly music and dance. She also enjoys traveling whenever possible, shopping, writing, and playing tennis.
