During the course of this workshop participants will:

• Analyze and interpret managements' financial reports and evaluate financial performance

• Understand the connection between the financial statements

• Learn how ratios are used to measure financial performance

• Highlight major financial ratios that participants should know

•  Identify the factors that contribute towards Return on Equity (and Assets)

• Develop cash budgeting and learn budget preparations
