Laura Schmidt, SPHR

Laura Schmidt, SPHR, has a broad background in human resources management.  She currently serves as Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition for Hilton Grand Vacations where she oversees the hiring of more than 4000 new employees per year.  She has over 15 years of Recruiting and HR experience including roles in Labor Relations, Compensation and Benefits Administration.   Previous employers include Hyatt Hotels and SeaWorld Adventure Parks.  She holds a BS from Heidelberg University, Tiffin OH and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management.
