Dr. Robert K. Prescott is the Graduate Faculty in Human Resources at Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida. In this role, Bob is responsible for teaching Human Resource Management, Enterprise Consulting, Career Development and Training & Development in the MBA Program of the Crummer Graduate School of Business. Formerly, he was the Executive Director of the Management & Executive Education at Rollins College, Director of the Management Development Institute at Eckerd College - an affiliate of the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) - in St. Petersburg, Florida, Director of Executive Education and Corporate Services at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park, Pennsylvania and Director of Human Resources for BellSouth Communications, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama.
