In order to prepare you for the challenges in this global economy, Rollins is partnering with one of the leading and highly ranked business schools in Germany. Designed to offer one of the most comprehensive international business educations available, this outstanding opportunity allows you to graduate with two bachelors degree in four years with an understanding of the global marketplace, fluency in English and German, and practical business skills acquired during our semester long, full-time, international internship in Germany.
This true cross-cultural experience will give you the breadth and depth of a liberal arts focused B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) in international business from Rollins College in the U.S. and a B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in international management from Reutlingen University in Germany.

After graduation
The dual degree program provides students with the knowledge and a rich source of international business contacts for future careers in top positions in international management. At ESB-Reutlingen, 49 internationally renowned companies serve as partners and sponsors.
Program Application
Application and AdmissionStudents are screened for eligibility during the admissions process. Ideally, students will already be enrolled in the program as they begin their first year at Rollins. In exceptional circumstances, students can apply to enter the program during their first year.
Number of Students
This demanding and highly selective program is reserved to only the most dedicated and serious students. A limited number of students are admitted each year.
Fees
Tuition fees are paid to Rollins during the entire period of study.

Curriculum with International Internship
As a Rollins student, you will spend your first four semesters at Rollins followed by three semesters in Germany, where you will work a semester-long, full-time internship. You will return to Rollins for your last semester and complete all the graduation requirements for both Rollins and ESB Business School at Reutlingen University.Reutlingen University
Reutlingen University is located in the southern German state of Baden-Württemberg. The international dimension is one of the cornerstones of the university and has always been the case since it’s foundation in 1855. Enrollment stands at about 4,000 students, a quarter of whom are international and exchange students. The University has 5 schools with Bachelor's and Master's Degree Programs.
The European School of Business, short ESB, is the business school of Reutlingen University where the dual degree students are registered. Founded in 1979, ESB Business School is one of Germany's leading and highly ranked international business schools, and one of the first state institutions to offer integrated international degrees, which ESB Business School has awarded for over 40 years. With nearly 60 professors and around 2,400 students, ESB Business School is one of the largest business schools in Germany.

Our campus in Reutlingen has been the second home to many of our students from Germany and abroad. Anyone who has studied at ESB Business School and had the opportunity to experience the spirit of the school will always remain close to us through our alumni network. The large number of members of our alumni network, with its mentoring and recruiting programs, offer privileged opportunities for career starts and advancement. Enthusiastic and proactive students are our trademark. Student life outside the classrooms is an important part of our program, and we support student-organized activities such as company contact fairs, public discussions and debates, relay tours, and other sports and cultural events. Our students work hard at their studies, but can also enjoy a good social life at Reutlingen University.

The BSc in International Management double-degree program (IMDD) which is home to 9 bi-national double-degree tracks has been in place for more than 30 years. These bi-national, fully-integrated business programs are an excellent starting point for a career in companies with international operations.
As well as teaching economic and intercultural subjects based on theory, great emphasis is placed upon practical business issues. Two semesters are spent on work experience placements, which are fully integrated into the study program and provide an early understanding of the challenges of the real world of business. The program takes a total of four years, of which two are spent in Reutlingen and two at one of our leading partner universities in England, France, Italy, Ireland, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, or the USA.
The strong cooperation between the members of the International Partnership of Business Schools (IPBS) is unique. With a current total of more than 2,000 students, IPBS is the largest integrated university cooperation program in Europe. An important factor in its success is the close multilateral cooperation between the members.
The study abroad semesters are fully integrated into the program, in which students earn the bachelor’s degree of each of the two participating universities. With a total of 240 credit points, this program provides the prerequisite for all significant masters’ programs in the world. Personal development and intercultural competence are important aims of this program, which is also designed to encourage students to develop an active sense of social responsibility.
The International Management program is accredited by the German FIBAA agency.
