The Help Desk is located on the main floor of the Olin Library adjacent to the Circulation Desk. Stop in and see us or contact us by phone at 407-628-6363.

Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Protecting Your Computer

It is required that all computers connected to the Rollins network have updated antivirus software installed. Please call the Help Desk for obtaining information on getting antivirus software.

Phishing and Malicious Emails

  • The Information Technology Department will never send you an email asking you for account information such as passwords. 
  • Never click on any links in emails you are unsure of.
  • Always call the Help Desk if you have questions or concerns about suspicious emails.
