Print/Copy/Scan/Fax

In an effort to cut down on printing waste and cost as well as to demonstrate and promote ways to respect the environment, Rollins has adopted the following policies:

  1. We purchase 30% post-consumer recycled paper in our labs.
  2. All lab printers default to two-sided printing. This helps defray the added cost of post-consumer recycled paper.
  3. Full-time students are provided an initial print budget of $100 for the school year. This figure was selected based on several years of analyzing printing usage with only about 5% of students exceeding this number. Black and white pages are valued at 8 cents a page (12 cents for a two-sided printed page) while color pages are valued at 30 cents (45 cents for a two-sided color printed page).
  4. Additional pages may be purchased online by going to Foxlink (Student tab, bottom left-hand corner, “Add Print Pages”).
