GRADUATE HALL DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY
The Rollins College Office of Residential Life is recruiting graduate-level hall directors for the 2014-2015 academic year (start date: July 2014). We will begin our initial interview stages in January 2014. Applicants should not expect to be contacted before that time. Our hall directors serve in two roles:
This is a live-in position that supervises a residential community on campus and will include night and weekend commitments and 20 office hours weekly. Each graduate assistant must be enrolled full-time in a graduate program at Rollins College or the University of Central Florida. Other graduate programs will be considered on a case by case basis.
Our graduate hall director positions are designed for future Student Affairs professionals. Priority will be given to those students enrolled in the M.A. Educational Leadership program at the University of Central Florida; however we also consider Rollins graduate programs in our hiring. Working at Rollins College will allow graduate students to sample other functional areas including Career Services, Student Involvement and Leadership, Personal Counseling, Health Services, and Multicultural Affairs.
