Maintenance staff members are assigned to each residence hall and are underthe direction of Facilities Management. These individuals are a vital part ofthe residence hall community and perform a variety of daily functions to helpmaintain a safe, comfortable, functional, living and learning environment forresidents.

The maintenance staff is responsible for maintaining the following:

Lights/light fixtures
Plumbing
AC/heat
Smoke detectors
Electrical
Appliances
Doors
Locks
Windows
Blinds
