For the fifteenth consecutive year, The Chronicle of Higher Education has recognized Rollins as a "Great College to Work For" in its 2023 rankings. The Chronicle’s Great Colleges to Work For program facilitates an institutional audit, as well as faculty, staff, and administrator evaluations of their institutions, and recognizes colleges for achieving high employee satisfaction in up to 12 "great academic workplace" categories. Classified as a medium-sized four-year institution, Rollins not only made the rankings but also earned the Honor Roll (top 10) distinction. As an Honor Roll institution, Rollins was recognized for being one of the most cited colleges across all categories, achieving its highest marks in eleven survey categories:

The Perfect Balance
At Rollins, we believe that work/life balance is an essential element of career satisfaction. That’s why we have policies and programs that are both employee- and family-friendly.
Our flexible scheduling policy includes a variety of scheduling options, such as compressed work week, variable flextime, seasonal work, and work-at-home options. Although we try to accommodate individual needs, scheduling is subject to feasibility and departmental approval. Other work/life balance features include tuition remission and grant benefits, employee wellness initiatives, an annual staff awards and holiday celebrations, discounts to local companies and attractions, child care leaves and resources, paid time off, and employee assistance programs.
Our internal engagement surveys reveal that our employees are very proud to work for Rollins, are confident about its future, are willing to go above and beyond what is expected of them, are committed to producing top-quality work, and feel good about the work/life balance and benefits they receive.
