Holt Undergraduate Orientation

RSVP HERE

The Hamilton Holt School Student orientation experience will give you the tools you need to thrive at Rollins. You will explore campus, meet new students, and familiarize yourself with the wide variety of resources and student activities on campus. In short, New Student Orientation is the start of your #RollinsLife and we're here to help!

For your planning, guests (including parents) are not permitted at orientation. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes if you plan to attend the campus tour.

Orientation is mandatory for all degree-seeking Holt students who have not attended Rollins in the last two years. International students must attend International Student Orientation in addition to Holt Undergraduate Orientation.

Please contact your advisor if you have any questions or concerns.

Summer 2024

Students beginning courses in the Summer 2024 term will attend a personalized, one-on-one orientation with their academic advisor. This session will include a review of your degree audit, course planning, registration assistance, and information about campus resources and academic policies.

Before Your Arrival

R-Cards and parking permits are now available for the 2023-24 academic year. You may pick them up at orientation, or stop by earlier to avoid long wait times. Register your vehicle in advance for a faster pick-up experience. Campus Safety is open 24/7 and located at the east end of campus, next to the Rollins Garage. For more detailed directions, visit the interactive campus map.

Register Your Vehicle:
You were charged a $100 yearly fee for parking when you registered for classes. This fee includes access to the Truist Parking Garage, Rollins Garage, and student lots on campus.

  1. To register a vehicle online, please log onto MyRollins.
  2. Use the search bar to find the "Vehicle Decal Application".
  3. Fill the form out and upload your documents.
  4. If you encounter any issues, please contact Campus Safety at 407-646-2999.
If you don’t plan to park your car on campus at all this year, or if you have an employee permit, you can request a refund of your parking decal in MyRollins. Search for "Vehicle Decal Waiver”.
