Meet the Student Center for Inclusion and Beloning Staff
Marjorie Trueblood, EdD
Dean
Marjorie is originally from Gary, Indiana, but has quite a bit of family in Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Earlham College, a Master of Arts in Executive Development for Nonprofit Leadership, and a doctorate in Leadership for Change from Fielding Graduate University. Marjorie enjoys supporting students to be their best selves works to infuse social justice principles in building inclusive communities.
Sam Vega, M.A.
Director
Sam was born and raised in Bronx, New York, home of the New York Yankees. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature at Long Island University and her Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. Sam enjoys challenging and supporting students to achieve whatever imaginable in their collegiate and professional careers.
Ashley Samson
Graduate Student
Ashley was born in Brooklyn, New York but was raised in Orlando, Florida. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Science Education from the University of Central Florida. She is pursuing her Master of Arts in Higher Education/Student Personnel from the University of Central Florida. Ashley finds joy and purpose in providing spaces for students to grow emotionally, personally, and professionally.”
