The Office of Institutional Analytics is housed in the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost, and partners with administrative and academic units across the College to provide provide data and analysis to inform decision making at the college. Our duties include providing data and reports, and also partnering with IT to provide powerful, easy-to-use, self-service tools for data access, leading to insightful analysis for evidence-based decision making. We are also responsible for all Institutional Research reporting activities including IPEDS, FETPIP, and all other external agencies needing information on Rollins College. Timely and accurate reporting is the primary mission of our office for these activities. 

Our team also invests a significant amount of its resources in Data Governance at Rollins College to improve the management of data quality, improve business processes that collect data, providing data definitions for college use. This can be achieved by involving people from across the campus in dialogue and discussion about their business processes and suggesting improvements in data collection technology. Our team aims to lead in the effort to provide a single version of the truth in reporting for and from Rollins College.
