Degree Works
Degree Works—an advising, transfer articulation and degree audit program—has been integrated into the college's Banner system and is available to all students.
About Degree Works
Degree Works is an academic planning tool for students and Academic Advisors. There are several benefits to using Degree Works, including GPA Calculators, and a 'What If' tab that allows students to select another major to see how courses already completed would meet requirements towards that degree program.
The Degree Works Planner is also now available to advisors and students. To learn how to create a plan, please view the appropriate videos below. If you have any questions, students should contact their Academic Advisor or Tiffany Griffin. Advisors should contact Tiffany Griffin with any questions, tgriffin@rollins.edu.

Degree Works Audits
Degree Works is a web-based tool to help students and advisors monitor progress toward degree completion. Degree Works compares the degree requirements in the College Catalogue and the coursework completed to produce an easy-to-read audit.
The audit is divided into block requirements of how courses taken, or proposed courses, count toward degree requirements. Checkboxes exist within each block to easily outline what courses and requirements are complete. Degree Works also allows students and their Academic Advisors to plan for future coursework.
A student can preview other major/minor requirements using the 'What-If' tab in Degree Works. The link to the 'What-If' function is located on the left side of the audit view.
When using the 'What-If' function, please be sure to select a Degree, Catalog term and College. What-If audits do not guarantee that you will be accepted into the program or major or change your major or minor. All curricular changes require approval. Contact your Academic Advisor for information and instructions about how to change your major or minor.
Degree Works can be accessed in FoxLink under the Student tab and under the Faculty tab. It is compatible with all internet browsers: Firefox, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Safari.
