Residence Halls Open for New International Students: August 14

Residence Halls Open for New/Transfer Domestic Students: Staggered move in August 15 & 16 (students will receive individual move in times via email in early-mid July) 

Residence Halls Open for Returning Students: Staggered move in August 17 - 19 (students will receive individual move in times via email in early-mid July) 

Classes Begin: Monday, August 21

Fall Break (Halls Open): Monday, October 9 - Tuesday, October 10 (Holt classes will still meet during Fall Break) 

Spring 2024 Housing Application Opens (new to campus returning students and new/transfer students only): Monday, October 16

Winter Break 2023 Housing Request Form Opens: Monday, November 6

Spring 2024 ADA Housing Requests Priority Due Date (new to campus returning students and new/transfer students only): Wednesday, November 15 at 5PM (for questions please contact Accessibility Services)

Spring 2024 Housing Application Priority Due Date (new to campus returning students and new/transfer students only): Monday, November 20 at 12PM

Fall Room Changes Suspended until Spring: Friday, November 24

Classes End: Friday, December 1

Winter Break 2023 Housing Request Form Closes: Sunday, December 3 at 5PM

Finals (Students must check out of their residence hall 24 hours after their last final): December 4 - December 8

Residence Halls Close (including Sutton & Lakeside Apartments): Saturday, December 9 at noon 

Spring Housing Assignments Go Out (New to campus returning students and new/transfer students only): Mid-December

Residence Halls Open for Returning Active Sorority Women Participating in Recruitment: Thursday, January 4 at 10AM

Move In Day for New to Campus Activity Sorority Women/PNM’s: Friday, January 5 between 9AM-12PM in the RLE Office in Lakeside Neighborhood

Residence Halls open for Residential Students Participating in Intercession and Returning Student PNM’s: Sunday, January 7 at 10AM

Residence Halls Open for New International Students: Thursday, January 11

Residence Halls Open for New/Transfer Domestic Students: Friday, January 12

Residence Halls Open for Returning Students: Saturday & Sunday January 13 - 14 

Classes Begin: Wednesday, January 17

Spring Break (Halls Open): Monday, March 11 -  Sunday, March 17 

Classes End: Tuesday, April 30 

Finals (Students must check out of their residence hall 24 hours after their last final): Thursday, May 2 - Tuesday, May 7

Residence Halls Close (including Sutton & Lakeside Apartments) for Non-graduating Students: Wednesday, May 8 at noon 

Residence Halls Close (including Sutton & Lakeside Apartments) for Graduating Seniors: Monday, May 13 at noon

Residential Move In for RLE Resident Assistant/Peer Mentor staff: August 11^th, between 9AM-12PM EST.

Residential Move In for New International Students: August 19^th, between 9AM-10:30AM EST.

Residential Move In for New/Transfer Domestic Students: August 20^th and 21^st, between 8AM-2PM EST (Students will receive individual move in times via email in early-mid July)
