The legacy of DEIB work at Rollins College.

Historically, Rollins College has developed programs and initiatives to decrease barriers to diversity in higher education. Today, we strive to build on this legacy by actively engaging in ongoing efforts to build a campus community that is committed to advancing diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging across our three strategic pillars: mission-centric student engagement, student success, and stewardship of our strategic assets for an enhanced liberal arts education.
