    Build your on-campus brand through an Employer Spotlight. Employer spotlights are held on Tuesday & Thursdays 12:00-2:00 pm during the fall and spring semesters. Employer spotlights are customized to meet your organization's recruitment needs.

    Participating as a speaker on a panel provide employers an opportunity to offer invaluable insights into the world of work and career development. Throughout the year, the CCLP partners with employers to facilitate discussions focused on raising awareness on emerging workplace topics to prepare students for entering the workplace.

    Rollins College Shadow Program

    The Rollins College Shadow Program offers Rollins students a unique chance to shadow industry professionals, providing invaluable exposure to diverse career fields and industries. This in-person opportunity is available year-round and can be customized to bring mutual benefits to both the company and the students.
