The Pathways to Teaching program offers Central Florida paraprofessionals, program assistants, and other public school employees an accelerated, custom-made track that is rooted in the Rollins Department of Education’s proven curriculum and tailored to fit your schedule and your needs. Throughout the 2½-year program, you’ll be guided by expert faculty who have more 200 years of combined experience and you’ll be surrounded by a tight-knit cohort of classmates.

Our custom curriculum comprises a series of five-week courses that are aligned with your teaching schedule, allowing you to focus on a single class at a time and letting you remain full-time and receive financial aid.
