- Location: Along the southeastern shoreline of campus between Cornell Campus Center and the Cornell Fine Arts Center

Sutton Place Apartments
- Location: Along Fairbanks Avenue near Dinky Dock Park
- Room Types: 50 five-person apartments, 15 two-person apartments, 3 three-person apartments.
