Let us help you plan a lovely day at the theatre, exploring campus, and enjoying surrounding Winter Park.

A map demonstrating where to park and walk to access the Annie Russell Theatre

Parking

The Annie Russell Theatre is in the heart of campus, next to Knowles Memorial Chapel. We recommend you use the Rollins College Truist Parking Garage, located off Park Avenue between Comstock and Lyman Avenues.

After parking, exit the garage on the southeast corner (closest to the Fairbanks/Interlachen intersection). You'll see a burgundy sign indicating the stop for our golf cart shuttle. The cart is available one hour prior to curtain and directly following the performance. If you're comfortable walking, cross Fairbanks at the crosswalk and enter campus underneath the metal archway. The Annie Russell will be the second building on your left.

Accessible parking is available in front of the Alfond Sports Center, off Chase Avenue. Exit your car, cross Chase Ave., and approach the theatre using the sidewalk between the Annie Russell and the Cornell Social Science building. You'll see a ramp to your left.

Selecting Your Seat

Tickets to a mainstage show at the Annie Russell Theatre are assigned a seat. There are 14 rows on the floor, with the back two rows - our box seats - raised a few steps. There are five rows in the balcony, which requires access via a staircase. Wheelchair parking is located near the front of the audience, with the front row and most aisle seats accessible by patrons using a wheelchair or other mobility support.

The best way to view what's available is to visit the performance you're interested in via our ticketing platform. For more information, contact boxoffice@rollins.edu or (407) 646-2145.
