CIO and Assistant Vice President of Information Technology
Troy’s primary responsibility is to communicate with the campus community. IT needs to be listening to concerns, needs and partnering on initiatives that will help the campus leverage technology in positive ways. Maintaining open lines of communication helps everyone to better understand the College’s strategic goals and how IT is positioning itself to help the College achieve those goals.John Knopick
Sr. Director of Operations & Planning
Responsible for oversight of all IT projects from original concept through final implementation. Manages Develops, estimates and Bids for VoIP, Network, Copper, Fiber, CATV, AV, CCTV, and wireless infrastructure projects. Responsible for IT inventory and Cisco Unified Communications systems which include the IP Phone system, voicemail, and presence.Clayton Smith
IT Procurement & Budget Coordinator
Clayton coordinates all department purchases and assists other campus departments with hardware and software purchases. Monitors all contract renewals and assists in contract negotiations. Develops effective and positive relationships with suppliers and vendors based on quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness.
