Billing & Payment Options

• MasterCard, Discover, Visa, and American Express are accepted. Credit and debit card payments for tuition and fees are processed through PayPath via TouchNet and are subject to a non-refundable service charge of 2.95% (minimum $3.00) for domestic-issued cards and 4.25% (minimum $3.00) for international-issued cards. This fee will be applied at the time of payment. Effective June 1, 2026, card processing rates will increase by 9 basis points for all credit and debit card transactions.
• E-Check payments are not subject to the service charge fee.
• How Students Access FoxPay: Students can access FoxPay through MyRollins or via the TouchNet tile in Okta.
• How Authorized Users Access FoxPay: Authorized users can access FoxPay at https://rollins.college/pay.

Students may authorize parents, guardians, spouses, and others to access their student billing account in FoxPay. The student must add authorized users. Please visit our authorized user section for setup instructions.

We have partnered with TransferMate to provide a seamless international payment option through your online student account.

To make a payment, log into FoxPay, select “Make a Payment,” choose TransferMate from the dropdown menu, and follow the prompts to complete your transaction. Rates and fees may vary; however, there are no international sender or receiver fees.

In-Person Payments:
Checks are accepted in person Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, on the 2nd floor of Carnegie Hall.

Please note: A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.

Rollins College offers students and families to pay education expenses (tuition, room, board, etc.) monthly through their FoxPay account. The plan differs from a loan in that there is no interest rate or credit approval needed.

Payment of the total due must be submitted to Rollins College by the deferred due dates outlined on the Tuition Deferment Form. The student is responsible for payment regardless of payment from the employer. Failure to meet your tuition deferred payment deadline may result in the suspension of this benefit.

A new deferment form is due prior to the beginning of each and every term. Late fees will be assessed if this form is not received before the first day of class and each month thereafter until the deferment form is received. In the absence of a deferment form, tuition is due as per the tuition schedule.

Please note: Students with a past due balance will be prohibited from future registration.
