Rollins’ Inclusive Recruitment Team works together to recruit and support prospective students from diverse backgrounds throughout the admission process—whether that’s through having candid conversations about what it’s like to be a Rollins student or connecting with families who prefer to communicate in Spanish.

You might be assigned a different admission counselor than those on the team but feel free to reach out to any one of these counselors who you feel a connection with. You’ll find that members of this team were once in your shoes, so they understand the concerns or challenges that you might face as you’re making your college decisions.

Teasa works closely with the Student Center for Inclusion & Belonging—our on-campus office that oversees student programs and organizations—so while she works for the Office of Admission, she is also fully immersed in student life at Rollins.
